Physiotherapy Treatment
I have been suffering with neck and back problems for the past two years; I have tried different types of treatments to gain some relief from the pain and discomfort. I was told to try Norris Associates and have been coming for about 2 months. I have noticed an improvement since coming to see Mr Norris; he has given me exercises to improve my muscle strength and acupuncture to help relieve the pain. I now have more movement than before and am able to do more.

The treatment I received was very effective, within 5-7 days there was an improvement within another week. I was given simple effective exercise routines to do, this has helped overall and the advice given to me has been very helpful

Holistic Therapy
I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for the past 15 years and I was getting as I could not move at all. I was advised to go for a massage. I can now stand for longer and move more easily. I also do my exercises. I can’t thank Cathy enough for what she has done for me. I would also like it to be known that the receptionist is fantastic. She also can’t do enough for me so thank you.
