Susan Lee, Chiropodist and Podiatrist, Sale and Congleton clinics
Susan graduated from Salford University July 2007 with a First Class Honours Degree in Podiatry. She is registered with the Health Professions Council and is a member of The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. She has worked at Norris Associates Ltd since Sep 2007 in both the Sale and Congleton Clinics.
She is able to offer advice and treatment for a variety of podiatric conditions including callus and corns, verrucae, fungal infections, in-growing toe nails, Diabetic Foot Screening and biomechanical foot assessments. She is also willing to treat patients in the comfort of their own homes.
A mother of 3 children, Susan is Secretary of her local Primary School PTA and enjoys running, reading and gardening when time allows.
Karen Hankey, Sports Rehabilitator, Congleton clinic
Karen Hankey Bsc (Hons) is a graduate Sports Rehabilitator from Salford University.
She has worked with numerous football clubs including Liverpool Ladies FC, Bolton Wanderers academy and she is currently working with the 1st team squad at Scarborough Athletic FC. Along with this she also works within a number of private clinics in Cheshire and also within the occupational health department of a large blue-chip company.
Carol Baird, Physiotherapist, Sale clinic
Carol has worked at Norris Associates for over 3 years. She graduated as chartered physiotherapist at Manchester Royal Infirmary in 1984 and has had 25 years of experience in the
Musculo - Skeletal field.
Carol has worked in Private Practice, NHS and the Armed Forces over this time, and is very experienced in the treatment of back and neck disorders, sports and soft tissue injuries. She completed her MSc in Manipulative Therapy at Coventry University 1997 and is a member of the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. (MACP). She is also an experienced acupuncturist and a member of AACP.
She continues to work as an Extended Scope Practitioner in the NHS and to participate in Neurosurgery Clinics and liaise with Orthopedic Consultants from Wrightington Wigan and Leigh.
Sarah Mitchell, Physiotherapist, Sale clinic
Sarah qualified from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2004 with her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. Her literature review looked into physiotherapy rehabilitation post patellar dislocation.
She has provided physiotherapy cover to Aberdeen Grammar F.P Rugby team who at the time were in the premier league of rugby in Scotland.
She then moved to Edinburgh where she completed her junior and senior 2 rotations working in a variety of settings, including hospital and out-patient clinics.
She then relocated to the North-West in 2008 where she now works for the NHS in a rehabilitation setting as well combining this with her work for Norris Associates.
Cathy Peck, Holistic therapist, Congleton clinic
Cathy studied for the VTCT Diploma in Holistic Therapies at Macclesfield College during 2004-5, where she was also awarded a Certificate of Achievement at a College Student Award Ceremony.
She is registered with the International Council of Holistic Therapists - ICHT and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists - FHT.
She has worked for Norris Associates Limited at the Congleton Clinic since April 2006.
The range of treatments Cathy is able to offer at the clinic are Aromatherapy, Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Facial and Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles).
Isabel Foden, Physiotherapist, Congleton clinic
I qualified in 2003 from Sheffield Hallam University and have worked in the NHS in both acute trusts and primary care. I continue to work part-time in the NHS in out-patient clinics. I started work at Norris Associates in December 2007 in Congleton.
I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP) and Acupuncture Association of Physiotherapists (AACP).
In May 2009 I completed my masters' degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy and registered with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT) allowing me to combine working with humans, with treating four legged patients.
Nicola Saunders, Physiotherapist, Congleton clinic
Nicola Saunders (nee Young). BSc. MCSP. Nicola is registered with the Health Professions Council, and qualified from the Queen Elizabeth School of Physiotherapy, Birmingham in 1978. Since that time she has worked continuously both in this country and abroad. Nicola's main interest now is in the treatment of musculo- skeletal conditions. She is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Nicola also has an interest in treating neurological conditions. Since she qualified long before Physiotherapy was granted degree status, she recently undertook a degree conversion course and was awarded a BSc from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh in July 2009.
Nicola is married and has a daughter. She is an active member of Congleton Players Amateur Theatre group.
David Munro, Chiropodist and Podiatrist, Sale clinic
David qualified with his BSc Podiatry degree in 2005 from Salford University. He is a fully registered podiatrist with the Health Professions Council and is a member of The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
Since leaving University he has worked in the NHS as a Specialist Community Podiatrist gaining valuable experience in all aspects of Podiatry including corns, callus, nail conditions, nail surgery, diabetic foot care, and musculoskeletal problems (biomechanical assessment) - prescription orthoses.
David joined Norris Associates in 2007 working firstly at the Congleton Practice and now the Sale Practice.
Married to Jane who is also a Podiatrist he loves all sports and has a keen interest in running having completed many half marathons and marathons. However his first love is football.
Felicity Guard, Physiotherapist, Sale clinic
Felicity graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006 with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy. She is currently completing studies in physiotherapy at Masters level specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
She provides physiotherapy cover to Aldwinians rugby team in Ashton. She also works fulltime in the NHS in musculoskeletal outpatients where she specialises in women’s health, treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction and pregnancy related disorders.
She is qualified to provide acupuncture and is a member of the acupuncture association of chartered physiotherapists.
Jacqui Hyman, Holistic therapist, Sale clinic
Jacqui gained her qualifications in Holistic Therapies from South Trafford College, Altrincham between 2005/08. Her qualification for Adapting Chair Massage for Supportive and Palliative Care was obtained from Christie's Hospital, Manchester 2007.

Pamela Stevenson, Physiotherapist, Sale clinic
Pamela graduated as a Physiotherapist from Withington Hospital Physiotherapy School in 1982 following completion of an Honours Degree from Liverpool University in 1979 in Life Sciences. She has 28 years experience as a Physiotherapist and extensive expertise in musculoskeletal conditions. She specialises in rehabilitation and treatment of chronic disabled including neurological conditions and learning disabilities.
Pamela has worked at Norris Associates for 14 years and as the Senior Physiotherapist in the Occupational Health of a large Blue Chip Company for 8 years. She is currently studying for her Masters Degree in Counselling at Salford University.
