Reports

For insurance companies and individuals we can assess clients and produce a report detailing the extent of injuries and an estimation of the cost and timescale of rehabilitation. In many cases we do not charge for this service.
For Solicitors we can produce Witness of Fact and Expert Witness (Witness of Opinion) reports which fully comply with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). Depending on the complexity of the case and the extent of the medical records these reports are charged at a 'per report' rate or 'hourly' rate. We will produce a draft of the report and revise it in consultation with all parties prior to finalising.
