Trigger point physiology / current methods of trigger point treatment / muscle stripping and ischemic compression / trigger point location / introduction to dry needling (PT course only) / safety considerations / superficial dry needling technique (PT course only)

Please note that the trigger point courses for physiotherapists include dry needling, those for massage therapists / sports therapists do not. Instead, manual therapy techniques are covered in more detail. This is due to CPD and insurance implications, and not a reflection of knowledge base.
