An evening (2.5 hour) lecture / demonstration using case histories to help participants more effectively incorporate acupuncture into their daily physiotherapy practice.

By the end of the course participants will be able to describe a wider variety of point locations and a greater number of needling techniques. In the evening the mechanisms mediating pain relief experienced with acupuncture will be highlighted, allowing participants to select acupuncture points based on pain physiology, stage of healing, and meridian theory.
